There are a number of situations when follow up activity is required
on an order. There are many ways for mistakes and confusion to arise during
the ordering process. Many of these will require follow up activity.
The table below lists a number of common order-related situations and
the follow up activity required. Note that this list is not exhaustive
and lists only the common problems. The follow up activities relate only
to the SimuLab enterprise and should never be used elsewhere.
