Responding to Customer Requests

Responding to inquiries and providing information to a range of different customers is an important part of your job as a Laboratory Technician at SimuLab. In this section you will be required to assess requests for information, prepare responses, provide information and record details in ways that will best meet the needs of your customers at SimuLab.

There are four tasks you will undertake in this section.

  1. Providing effective customer service
  2. Assessing and responding to requests
  3. Providing information and advice to external customers
  4. Maintaining and improving customer service systems.
