Unit Introduction

SimuLab Laboratories Pty. Ltd. is a small laboratory with approximately 20 staff. As a Laboratory Technician at SimuLab you are required to provide a high level of service to all of your customers. Providing a high level of customer service includes being able to respond to both internal and external inquiries of a specialised technical nature. The different types of requests received will require you to provide a range of advice and information to customers. Your response to these inquiries will require the gathering of information and the delivery of a response that best meets the needs of the customer.
