Your talk to the group seemed to have gone over quite well, there is quite a bit of work to be done before the NATA audit and you do really need everyone pulling in the same direction. It is pivotal that SimuLab retain its NATA accreditation - contracts depend on it.

Inspire them, he says ... that's easier said than done. You realise from comments made to you at the work-group meeting that the individuals within the Minerals Section of SimuLab have never really worked as a group with a common goal. The best approach to get the section through this upcoming NATA audit is to get the section to work together. It may sound easy!
