Gerry is certainly committed to the idea of one-page procedures and, to be honest, his persistence is starting to win you over to the concept. If it could be made to work effectively, it would really relieve the documentation burden on a small laboratory like this.

Gerry has asked you to prepare drafts of a procedure for internal audits and a test method for determining pH of paints. And he wants them to be one-pagers if possible.

Quite a challenge ... but are you willing to give it a try?

	Submission 2.3 Prepare and submit a draft quality system procedure for internal audits suitable for the Minimess Paints laboratory. The procedure should be a single page document which can be incorporated into the Minimess Paints laboratory quality manual. You should: Include the relevant requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 as applicable to the Minimess Paints laboratory. Take into account the size, scope and range of activities of the laboratory. Prepare and submit a draft test method for the determination of pH of water-based paints in the Minimess Paints laboratory. The test method should be a single page document that contains the essential steps for the correct performance of such tests.
