You walk back towards your office thinking- no problems. But don't believe that!!! As you are heading back you recall the email that Olga had sent. She had also mentioned that Iva had written down the problem in the Metals Group on a piece of paper; no mention of a CAR. You arrive back in your office and decide to send Olga a quick email regarding Corrective and Preventive Action Requests.

You see that the Metals Group has some real problems. You have already checked with Quentin Allamby, and Iva did not register the customer complaint. Len Mazzorello also registered nothing. In fact, Quentin was unaware of a customer complaint with respect to copper.
You decide that when you receive the CAR back from Gary tomorrow morning, you will send an email to Len Mazzorello alerting him to some of the problems you have unearthed.
