Checklist: Investigate, rectify and report non-conformance

When you've worked through this project and completed all of the work, you should have completed the following activities and submission tasks:

	4.1	Define your understanding of each of the terms in the corrective action cycle. What does each term actually require you to do in completing the corrective action cycle?
	4.1	Report on examples of non-conformance and subsequent corrective actions that are relevant to your experiences and workplace. These examples can be actual, hypothetical, or based on the SimuLab email messages in this project or other SimuLab content.

When you have completed all tasks, choose a new project from the menu on the left. We recommend you work through each project in the suggested order.
